Melissa Stiner is the most rudest person. Terribly unprofessional. She makes a remark saying, "Well that doesn't make any since" Instead of being professional and saying maybe I misunderstood you, Can you please repeat yourself. Amongst other remarks. Know who you are dealing with before dealing with them. Horrible Horrible encounter. Melissa is one of those people that has to get the last rude word in. Over matured maybe Post Menopausal Syndrome! Who knows?! What I do know that they need to be out of Practice until they learn professional etiquette.
