This review is for the Pharmacy alone, everything else about this Walgreens is very pleasant. I've never had a bad experience with a Walgreens pharmacy until I moved to Lebanon. I chose this pharmacy first, because I thought I could count on the Walgreens name. Wrong. Refills are a nightmare. I can't wait the long wait inside because my two little boys (both under 4) would go crazy. The drive through is worse, but to keep the kids at bay, it's my only option. I'd wait for an hour being the 3rd car in line just to get to the window. When I pull up to the window, it takes 10-15 minutes for the staff to get my ity-bity prescription lined up. I'm not sure what took so long, but I didn't enjoy watching them chit-chat and laugh and take their sweet time before they went to actually go grab it off the shelves. Maybe I'd gone crazy with my little ones screaming in the car, but I really did expect better from their staff. Very disappointed. Will be having my prescription transferred.

I used their clinic to get immunizations and the experts were amazing. Everyone was delightful to talk to and the physician- person put things into laymen's terms. The service was much quicker than anywhere I've ever been and I would definitely use this clinic again. As for the rest of the store I can't really judge but I didn't overhear any quarrels.

It depends on what part of the store you are specifically talking about. The clinic personnel were super friendly and the front end staff can be extra nice or not recognize you it's here say. But the pharmacy.. The pharmacy is awful! Extremely rude staff. You will be put on hold and never get through. I understand people call for refills when they could use the automated system but they will put you on hold and not say anything. This happens to doctors offices and other pharmacies, who need to transfer prescriptions. Walgreens needs to develop a better system for phone answering and the employees need to be happier.

Overall good service! Occasionally a minor screw up, but that happens everywhere. They are always busy.

Pharmacy staff is very rude. I have used walgreen's for years however I will no longer use this pharmacy for anything. I will never step foot in this store again.
