I do not think this office deserves even 1 star. My 7 year old had some dental work done there. They gave me an estimated cost that my insurance wouldn't cover, then charged me an additional $200 the day services were completed. When question about it, their answer was...sorry, there was a mistake on the estimate. 8 months later I receive an additional bill (for the same child and services), by certified mail, saying I owe $181 immediately. It also threated court action against me. They contacted me a month later, asking to schedule a cleaning for my child, I said "no, because I have an unsettled balance." She said "no ma'am, you have a credit." I live in a town 35 minutes away, I have driven there and called, I have not received my credit of almost $200 to this day. They give me the run around. Supposedly only one woman can credit money back, and she has been out sick. The other is the owner who, of course is out of office until after the holidays. Maybe they should train one of the 5 women behind the front desk, to lay down their cell phones long enough to refund money. Bottom line, their pediatric services are overpriced and definitely not worth the hassle of dealing with their office staff, and they will threaten you with legal action over money you dont even owe, and give you the run around when they owe you. My family and I will not be returning.
