WORST Orthodontist EVER! My daughter had her braces on for two years and still had a very large gap between her two front teeth. When I questioned Dr. Wiygul, he said that she must be using her tongue to move her teeth! What?? Who can move their teeth with their tongue? I am not even an orthodontist and I had to ask for a power chain and rubber bands to be put on to close the gap. I so wish that I would have chosen someone else to do this work. I feel like we are going to have braces forever!

What Timmy said. Even after I finally sat in the dental chair, they would often leave me there for 30 minutes, sometimes even an hour between EACH PART of the procedure. Getting my braces off should have taken 30 minutes, but instead it took 3 HOURS because they kept abandoning me with my head back and my mouth wide open and full of instruments. There was also a nurse that liked to hold several tools in the same hand that she was twisting wires with, and I thought i was gonna lose an eye a few times. Fortunately, she only managed to scrape my cheeks and eyelids. When I went back to my primary dentist after getting them off, the dental hygienists complained about the job they did and said things like "These kids are a mess! Wiygul's place always leaves so much glue on their teeth." Not only did I have a terrible experience, but I also got the impression at my primary care that they do a generally sloppy job. To parents getting braces for their kids: It's important to pay attention no matter where you decide to go. I noticed that kids whose parents stayed in the waiting room were done quicker, but they made me last priority because my mom always left and went shopping. At least ask how long it should take before you go, and then come back at that time. Otherwise, your kids are likely to be treated like 2nd class citizens.

Plan to wait 45 mins to 1 hour after your appointment time to be seen, even if the place is empty. After you FINALLY are in your chair, plan to wait another 30 mins before they get started. I've had about 10 cleanings done here and the total time I was there was at least a hour and a half each time. Huge waste of time.
