This office was very close to me and I decided to give them a shot and see what all I could get done. The experience overall was a rather positive one. I have had my fair share of not so great ones and it was refreshing to have a rather good and warming experience. The office was very beautiful inside and very clean. I am sure I am not alone when I say, I love a clean and sanitized office. The colors and blinds used in this place is amazing and well thought out. It differently helped ease my anxiety with going to this dentist office. The staff have been awesome. They're professional and kind and they do not make you feel uncomfortable. They did make me feel rather welcomed and they seemed to be happy to see my as a new patient. The dentist is good. She was very honest and upfront about not being able to really help with extracting the two teeth I needed out and she was able to referral me to another one of there sister dentist offices that could help with this. While I am not a big fan of being referral to other places, I figured I would give the sister dentist office a chance sense I have had a positive experience with this one. The other great thing about this dentist office is that they do not force you into getting things done or trying to up sale you on things you do not need or want. The only negativity thing I can say about this office is, they do not extract teeth that either have deep roots or that are really bad off. So, if this is what you need to have done, this is not going to be the best place for you.

I've been a patient here for about a year. I found Creative Smiles after having bad experiences at two other dental offices. Although I have not had any dental work done yet, I have had regular cleaning appointments with Keambra, the dental hygienist. She is without question the BEST dental professional I have met in several decades of having dental work done! Keambra is attentive, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I trust her work and her advice. I will continue to go to Creative Smiles in Murfreesboro because of her.

Do not go here. We called, got quotes, supposedly, after "they checked our benefits through our insurance company" and we decided that we could afford the amount quoted so we made an appt. Well, we go in, have the work done and upon leaving we are told our balance is $400 OVER what we were quoted. They proceeded to tell us that our insurance coveraged changed Jan.1st. We called BCBS and they informed us our insurance did NOT change and they have no record of Creative Smiles ever checking our benefits. Plus, we made our appt AFTER Jan1st! They lied about checking our benefits and now they are fighting us. They expect us to pay for THEIR error. Terrible that they are willing to punish their patients for their mistakes.
