the tech at charlotte ave is unfriendly and rude. Left me in a tube listening to crappy music talking to myself for 10 minutes before he finally showed up and stopped desperado from playing after I threatened I crawl out and screw up the scan. Plus thy couldn't tell me who to talk to about my insurance because they can't even talk to this person at their company and they can't even tell you what an MRI cost because they are to busy ripping if your insurance. What business do you go into an ask the prices and they say, I don't know we charge different prices for the same thing depending in the customers wealth. Premier seems to be more worried about charging your insurance exorbitant prices and getting those paid referrals a from your doctors.

I do not have health insurance. Premier Radiology offered me a self pay price that was affordable. Their staff was courteous and efficient. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I had never had an MRI so I came in nervous, however,I was quickly relieved with such a nice staff, beautiful relaxing lobby and a technician with the patience I needed. Thank you Premier.
