New to the area, we thought we'd check it out. It's a beautiful store but we had two separate, bad customer service experiences that left us sour. The first was at the deli. When I asked how much the American cheese was, instead of cheerfully checking for me and asking how much I wanted, he said, "the price is right there" (which, by the way, it wasn't). I didn't get any cheese. The second was at the customer service counter. We purchase a 2 for 1 item, the sale card was clearly in the middle of the bags on sale. When we questioned why we didn't get the price, after checking, the employee said it was for a different product. When I went to check and brought her back the sign she said, "Oh that is for the smaller bags". I told her there were no smaller bags there. She just sort of shrugged and said she'd tell the manager. She should have given me the sale price, instead, she let me walk away, saying to my husband that we won't be back. Is it really worth losing a new customer over $1.30? Good customer service goes a LONG way, doesn't it?

There was a mix-up in the bakery with my cake, and Candis the manager helped sort everything out!!! She made it right and I was able to make it to my party with a great cake on time!!

I manage a nearby Hilton property and we strive to offer the best experience and great service to all our guest. Every time I visit this Publix, I am blown away at how they have mastered this. EVERY employee in this store seems geniunely concerned about my experience there and makes sure that I am fully satisfied. My most recent experience brought me there 5min before they were closing. I purchased a birthday cake and some enchilada seasoning. The bakery was in "shutdown" mode but the staff there happily stopped what they were doing to help me and write a birthday message. She even changed to equipment that she already cleaned to get my little brothers favorite color. Next, we were looking for a particular seasoning and in less than a minute of looking, we had three members of staff helping us. I know this is getting lengthy, but, they deserve much more than this little testimonial. GREAT JOB!

I ALWAYS shop at Publix and have ALWAYS been very impressed with not only the cleanliness of their stores, but the helpful and friendly attitude of all of the employees! I stopped into a Kroger store the other day because it was right next to where I had dinner. I walked in, grabbed a cart, and walked up the first isle. It was dirty, 2 employees walked by & said nothing, and a couple of products I normally buy at Publix were not in stock at Kroger. I turned around and left and drove the extra couple of miles to get to my Publix. I was instantly happy and relieved when I walked through the doors!!! Thank you Publix!!!!!

The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The store is organized and very clean, each aisle is labeled where they are visibly noticed.
