I was in Walmart today to purchase paint for my mother. I waited at the paint counter for someone to wait on me. I located an associate and asked her if she could page someone to paint counter. She told me that i would have to go to the sporting goods counter and have them page someone. I told her that I had already been to sporting goods, and there wasn't anyone at that counter either, but i told her i would check again with sporting goods. I went back to sporting goods and rang the bell several times. I got tired of waiting there, so I walked back towards automotives. I asked the clerk that was working in fabric if she could page someone, and she did. I waited several minutes at the paint counter. No one showed up to help. I called the store and asked them to page someone to paint counter. Customer assistance was again paged. I waited and waited and waited. Still, no one showed up. I called the store again to ask them to page someone to paint counter. The lady said I have already paged them twice, I said yes I know you have, but there hasn't been anyone to come back here. She said she would page them again and hung up the phone on me. I was very irritated by this time. Finally a very nice lady that had been working in fabric, came back to the paint counter and mixed the paint for me. Needless to say, I did not have a good experience at Walmart paint counter today, and I will not purchase any more paint there. It seems to be too much of a hassle to get someone to wait on you.

If you are looking for Tennessee sleep pants or clothes they have them here. Greeted, great selection, open 24 hrs, seemed clean. Plenty of open check out lines.

This Walmart is, by far, the worst Walmart I have ever gone to. I've had similar experiences with price matching. They change the policy for price matching at least once a week. My beef with them is this: they don't carry anything that you would find anywhere else, such as Grape Nuts Flakes. They charge too much for certain items such as DVD-Rs. Some (but not all) managers are completely useless. Electronics can never keep anything in stock that you need. There's more, but I don't feel like typing up everything. You'd be reading for a week. Nevertheless, I'd rather drive out of town to grocery shop than spend my money at the Pulaski Walmart.

Horrible customer service! Rude and lazy employees. Only three lanes open at busiest hours. Always out of stock. Very disappointed.

Long lines during peek hours maybe three registers open if your lucky. Nobody will help you because nobody seems to work there. Managers are extremely extremely rude. Charge over what is listed for merchandise. Do not carry what you are looking for. Certain departments do not have what you are looking for. Takes over two weeks to get it in. Do not like to match prices with other stores. Rude customer service department. Store manager never looks into problems blames customers.
