Went to see Dr Doctora to have two wisdom teeth pulled. The staff treated me very nice and the office was very clean. It did not take very long after I had arrived and was back in the chair to see the doctor. It did not take very long and before I knew it he had the two teeth out and it was over with. Later that night the doctor called to check in on me. Very nice service, I would go back again if I ever need anytning.
I was very anxious before the procedure. He proceeded to give me shots in my mouth like I was a truck driver. He was very abrupt and could care less about how I felt. IT HURT. decided to go with putting me to sleep. Don't remember anything. When I got home my top lip was bruised and it had been stretched really hard. I put ointment on it for 4 days before it felt better. He is a terrible Dr.
I scheduled a consultation with the place to see how much It would be to get some surgery done. I went there on time. I was in the waiting room for 30 min or so then they called my name. I was relieved because I was tired of waiting well..... they sat me in a dentist patient chair for some reason, I was there for a consultation not an appointment. I waited in the chair for for 45 more minutes. one of the assistants told me the dentist was looking at my x rays. LIES! about 30 minutes later they came in and told me they didn't have my rays, and that I needed to stay on hold in the hallway with my regular dentist to have them send a copy of my x rays then they finally gave me an "estimate" of 2,700 and said Ohhh we cant know how much your insurance will pay. you will know after the surgery! I think these people need a crash course on what a consultation is because I will not be going back.
Did same day surgery for my wisdom teeth, I wasn't refurred by a dentist, just called up and made my appt. But they took my xrays and a quick look in and next thing you know I'm done. They have clean facilities, friendly staff, and explained every thing clearly. As one already said, I got a follow up call around 8pm to make sure every thing was ok. By then the anesthesia was worn off to the point that I could stay awake for longer than 15 min. Yup, Dr. Doctora is also an anesthesiologist! Do your research, it pays off. If any one I knew needed a similar procedure I would send them straight to him.
Dr. Doctora took a really good job of me today when I had 2 teeth extracted. He went out of his way to make sure I was not in pain, and he and his staff were courteous, professional and very kind. I am a major dentaphobe, but they were great. Thank you!!
