No way. Who wrote that other review? The pharmacists at Bennett's are very professional and give great service. They are also very happy to talk to you on the phone or in person if you have any questions about your medications both prescription and OTC whether you bought them from Bennett's or not or if you just need advice about health issues. And you get your prescriptions very fast, in about 10 minutes. Try to get all that at Wal-Mart. I agree, the customer service on the non-pharmacy side of the store is a bit slow and bad (little old ladies and high school kids) but I only go there for prescriptions. It is a really good pharmacy plus, if another pharmacy in town is out of a medication, usually Bennett's has it in stock. That has happened to me several times.
