The proprietor expressed RACIST views. As my friend, Michael Burke, a long-time client at Woodson's, was complaining about the rate increase in co-pays starting in January 2010, the owner of the pharmacy rebutted that the reason co-pays were going up was because "lazy black people" wouldn't work hard and pay their fair share of healthcare costs. Mike calmly and intelligently countered the owner's racism with dialogue, but I was enraged and wanted to leave immediately. I would never support his business after that even though he is local and family-owned He needs to issue an apology and recant what he said.
