very RUDE, specially SAMUEL....waiting time x ever, he put me in hold and i was able to hear him saying pues i dont care, it doesnt matter. i had to hang up and call back he answer me, i was calling from a dr office since im the receptionist, and had to call in a prescription, he didnt gave me his name, i told him what the patient needed and he just hang up, i had to called back to ask for the name, and again he hang up on me... samuel YOU NEED TO GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING..... VERY RUDE TO BE ASSISTING PEOPLE
