Doctor was not covered on my insurance. Instead of getting a $50 copay, I was billed for $440.26. Never will I go back.

No other dermatologist in the area would make an appointment for the day I needed to come in--except this place! With the others it would have been a two-month wait! I was seen by a Physician's Assistant, Rich Brandt within 24 hrs. who told me what I was suffering from (Alopecia Areata). He gave me an injection in my scalp, samples of topical cream and I was on my way within an hour. I don't know where the other people went to but it was certainly not Mullanax--they are professional, prompt and courteous. I will certainly recommend them to all my friends.

I called to schedule my appointment,and the lady who answered was wonderfully courteous, polite, and answered my questions. She was able to get me in very quickly, and I was able to choose morning or afternoon. Very professional & friendly! I will post a follow-up review after the appointment. FollowUp: I've gone to 3 appointments now, and they have been fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great Doctor, Nurse, & Staff! I would highly recommend their offices to anyone needing a dermatologist! The customer service and office staff have been wonderful to me!

This was the WORST doctor appt ever. My husband has cancer and is recieving radiation to his face and Dr. Gano had him put and ACID on this face for his rosacea. When I came back the next day I was very angry and Dr. Gano acted like it was our fault. Will Never go back or reccomend this clinic to anyone!!!! I thought doctors were supposed to LISTEN to the patient and not just try to make a buck. Find another Doctor, this one DOES NOT CARE!!!!!

All they want is your money. Dr. Wharton is horrible, she only spent 30 sec with me and left the room. NOT RECOMMENDED!
