I called Walgreens Pharmacy to check on my prescriptions. IT TOOK A REAL LONG TIME. After 15 miniutes I decided to wait them out over 32 Minutes. Then when I actualy got through they had run out of one of my medicines. This store at Dowlen and Folsom in Beaumont Texas is way understaffed. Be prepared to wait or just call your order in 2 or 3 days early. Walgreens Corporate, please hire more pharmacy techs to work with these nice people.

I have given this pharmacy on Dowlen several chances; but I'm done trying to give them my business. I am sure others have likely had good service; however, I have received consistently poor service.

I like this place. Not too far from home. As for taking a long time - they do. And, so do all other pharmacies. I get an email when my meds are ready. They are professional and clean and I will use them every time.

Ugly people, doing unintelligent things, very slow. Their pharmacy sucks.

For over 10 years I have found that; Overnight especially... But TRULY at anytime, the Pharmacists and Staff at this location are Knowledgeable, Compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile! They are always EXTREMELY busy, and too many get angry and leave... instead, if you patiently take the time to share ANY problem with them, they will also patiently take the time to resolve your problem! Going above and beyond to help customers find resolution, or at least an Explanation, to even the most frustrating of Issues!!! Give them a chance and you will be Consistently pleased with the Professionalism you Encounter!!!
