Last year just before spring break these clowns talked me into an appointment, I did not want, because it would be two weeks, to long for me to remember. They reassured me that they would call me to remind me and that everything would be okay. Short version of the story: They never called me, and I forgot. So about 6 months latter I called to make another appointment. But they could not figure out my copay at that time, and said they would call me back latter that day. True to form they did no such thing! I was on my way back from my Doctors office and decided to stop by and see if I could help? After two of their personnel failed to help me, and making me wait over 40 minutes. In a crowded lobby, I was told that I was being punished for missing that first appointment. And that my punishment was: I could never be a paying client of theirs for life! Sometimes a team can be summed up into one word: And for Brady Dental Group that word is: IDIOTS!
