Excellent, considering! I've taken my kids there for a year now, one of my children has genetically bad teeth and had already had a lot of work done, work that worried me and that many children would have to be put under for but insurance doesn't always allow the cost of that! Dr Reddy made my nervous child at ease, worked through the procedures first with me, putting my mind at ease as a mom, and I was able to stay and hold my child's hands. He is very good with children! And very honest about what he is able to do. And offers alternate, tries to do what you would like first. I've had every possible dental procedure known to man, myself, so I'm very qualified to make a judgement on any dental office's procedures. The staff is good, friendly but it's the doc that makes the grade!

I will not go back!! I am currently experiencing a throbbing pain after a "needed root canal" on a tooth i have never had problems with. The one beside it has decay at the gumline, which was the one i knew would need a root canal, and has always been sensitive to touch, but now i cant even brush it, let alone that side of my mouth. I called and the girl at the desk was extremely rude, and hung up on me. I feel this office (burleson) milks your insurance company. Even my cleaning sucked..the dentist scraped a few teeth, and still charged my insurance company. I will be trying a different location to correct the problem burleson made, but as for the rest of my dental work, i will be goin elsewhere!!!

I did NOT like this place at all! I had just moved to Burleson and I needed a dentist so I found this place and I thought I'd give it a try. I went in for a cleaning I called first to make the appt. and let them know I had braces. The Dr. cleaned my teeth and not well. My teeth just did not feel clean.I got my braces off and thought I try one more time, this time for a cleaning and a filling. I had paid a head of time for the cleaning and this day I was going to pay for the filling. I went to pay and they lady up front was very rude to me. She tried to charge me twice for the cleaning and when I tried to tell her I paid ahead of time she argued with me about it. She also insulted me. Finally after arguing for a few minutes she looked it up and saw that I WAS right. And I got NO apology! The asst. was nice, the Dr. was nice but made a mess all over me and I did not feel clean, But the lady up front I found to be very rude! I will NOT go back!

The staff is super friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each room has a flat screen t.v. Dr. Dhir is extremely nice and caring and they made my entire family enjoy going to the dentist. Would recomend to anyone who is looking for a great Dentist who's more concerned with your health then your pocketbook.

Bad customer service in more ways than one.
