I called the office to make an appt. because I saw all the great reviews and the lady who answered the phone, answered it with "HELLO" and then hung up so I called back and then she said "HELLO" in a very rude manner and I asked if this was the Chiropractor's office. She said yes and I said, do you normally answer your business phone like that? She said that she just got a call from my number and said Hello a few times and no one answered. Maybe it was a bad connection the first time when I called so I didn't hear her. She was quite rude so I decided not to make an appointment. If you want to have a great customer perception, answer your phone professionally.

I've been to several different chiropractors, and Dr. Manfre is one of the best I've ever had! Both Jessica and Dr. Manfre are always a pleasure to work with, and very understanding and considerate when it comes to scheduling and getting you in and out promptly! It is evident that they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Manfre Chiropractic!
