I had a terrible accident with three crowns in the front of my mouth. The porcelain had cracked off and there was black metal exposed. I met Tina Gamboa, the office Manager and she helped set me up with financing to pay everything my insurance didn't pay. Dr. Michael Jackson worked me in that day and he had another emergency patient at the same time. The staff worked seamlessly with Dr. Jackson. He had to do a build up on the front teeth just to do an impression of my mouth. This hand made build up was absolute artistry! The hand fashioned teeth matched my other crowns perfectly. This dental decision saved me time and money. I appreciate the way they thought of what was best for me. I can't tell you how happy I am with Monarch Dental Corinth, TX. I was frantic when I went in and I was calm and confident when I left. Thank you, Dr. Jackson and your wonderful staff.
Dr. Michael Jackson is an excellent dentist and a new edition to the Corinth Monarch Dental. I have been a patient for many years with Dr. Jackson and he is one of the top dentists in the state of Texas!! He is a gentle friendly dentist, that cares about his patients teeth and well being. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Jackson for children- adult patients! You won't be let down by this seasoned dentist. The office staff is friendly and welcoming, you won't regret coming to the Corinth Monarch Dental!
I'm not sure who the other Dr's are that were mentioned in the other reviews, but I see Dr. Borgman, and he is an absolute genius. I have major anxiety when going to the dentist, and the anesthetic makes it worse, as I react badly to it. However, the entire staff at Monarch in Corinth took on the challenge of my dental care eagerly. Even after receiving numerous shots, I can honestly say I never felt even one of them! The staff is caring and accomodating. The office manager, Stephanie is more like a friend. She will work out any issue you may have with you, and help any way she can. The office can get busy, and being a big corporation, I can see where it could be impersonal, but not in this office. It is obvious they care. I will never go to or recommend any other dentist as long as I live in this area.
I've always found everyone here to be very pleasant. Dr Borgman is a genius and seems to know what he's doing and is very creative. The office manager is also very professional and many of the staff members there are very kind, patient and respectful.
Starting in Jan of 09, we went to Monarch in Corinth to get 2 crowns done. Dr. Anuradha Gade first attempted to place the crown on, and did a terrible job. It ook over 3 hours for the temporary (in which she seemed to have taken her lunch break while I was waiting in the chair). When the real crown was placed in another appointment (which was supposed to be 1/2 an hour, but ended up being three hours again), the bite was left incorrect by Dr. Gade, even though I kept commenting that the crown was too tall and my bite was off. This incorrect crown placement caused an abcess on my jaw, resulting in horrible pain. At this point, I asked to see Dr. Roberson, who was much more pleasant and made a fair attempt fix the problems created by the first dentist. However, after 2 more months of various fittings, etc, she concluded based upon the original set of x-rays (which had been taken months ago) that in fact, she could not put a crown on and I needed a root canal. Since I had already paid for the crown, I requested my money back, which they refused until I threatened to call the insurance company to file a complaint about fraudulent charges. At which point, they finally agreed to refund my money, after I signed a liability waiver. I would strongly not recommend anyone ever going to this dental office. If you do, avoid Dr. Gade at all costs, she seems incompetent, disrespectful, and even the hygienists seem to know how bad she is, as they made comments about her to us, even at the beginning. Dr. Roberson was much more helpful and professional, and may be fine for standard procedures, but in the case of our needs, she was unable to help. Additionally, please be aware that some of the hygienists and the receptionists have trouble finding the time to serve you, but do not have trouble chatting in corners of the office while you wait. All in all, I would say that while Dr. Roberson was consistently courteous, this office is unprofessional, largely incompetent, and inconsiderate of the patients needs and time.
