This pharmacy is full of incompetent idiots! I am disabled and I take 16 medications. Before I transferred my prescription files, I called the store 3 times to verify they carry the brands that my insurance company pays for and to verify I live within the area they deliver. All 3 times I was assured that they DEFINITELY carry the BRAND of the medicines that my insurance will cover and ALL 3 times they looked up my address and said ABSOLUTELY YES, I live 9.1 miles from the store and one must live within 10 miles of the store. I was told they definitely will deliver to my home. I transferred all my prescription files and within 24 hours they told me they do not have the brand medication in stock and they will NOT order it for me!!!! My only choice is to pay $88 for the brand that my insurance will not cover!!!!(My insurance pays 100% if they order the medicine they told me THEY CARRY!) Then it happened again and again!! I finally get the prescriptions filled and called to have them delivered and I SWEAR they said we will not deliver to your address!!! I cannot believe there are this many goofy, incompetent people IN CHARGE OF OUR MEDICATION!!!! This pharmacy should fire everyone and start over! I cannot believe anyone goes to this pharmacy!! I am now trying to get my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy!!!!
