From an ICU standpoint- This hospital is a nightmare. My grandfather is in ICU and IF we are lucky enough to get updated on his condition, we get different updates from the nurses/doctor/social workers. It is insane the amount of contradictory information we receive day to day. They have no respect for the family and will say hurtful things in regards to why we are letting him suffer vs fighting for him. Last I checked it was the families choice not the nurses choice.

Me And My Sister had a car crash ,we fell off a bridge 30ft down and broke a lot of bones and had to use crutches. While we were there the nurses were very nice and helpful.when it was time to get discharged we didn't even want to leave :(

Very unprofessional. Explained my situation to them this is my 5th time having to seek care for my back pain as told by my doctor and this hospital despite me being in tears made it a priority to put people in front of me for the minor er. I'll be contacting the joint commission on this baylor too. The nurses were on their phones giggling constantly making patients they called wait so they could chit chat with themselves. For this to be a for profit number one hospital I don't see how you're in business including myself i saw at least 10 people leave in disgust. There were people puking and crying everywhere. There used to be shows on TV about ER places in new York and people often said these were places you went to go to die. I'm thinking this is one

I was had the greatest team of caregivers. I can't say enough good things about my week long stay here as they diagnosed my cancer and amyloid.

The hospital is good but for the lady's that's has to park their car's and walk in the dark to work .at 5;30 am i have to get up and drive my daughter to work i don't see No Security. In place i think the Administration and security. Need to look out for the staff that has to park down on Washington. And walk. The transit bus runs. Safety is number. One but let's come up with a gols in place
