Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. Cool stuff, nice TVs, decent service, small parking lot, and I even got a free teeth whitening session with my cleaning. By the end of the appointment I was told I had a serious nighttime grinding, 6 cavities, and probably needed this special toothpaste.... Fast forward to the part where we settle up, "your total is $200". Excuse me?! I sheepishly ask what for, I was told it was for my x-rays. So, I pay.....I mean, what choice do I have- it is a doctor's office, right? Later, I am kicking myself, seriously annoyed-because I verified the services covered by my insurance prior to my visit. I call my dental insurance, ready to raise hell, when I find out that Floss did extra, unapproved X-rays. The insurance company told me that it is never really necessary to do these particular x-rays, at a time. Basically they performed 2 sets of panoramic x-rays- and I ATE THE COST OF ONE OF THEM. SO ANNOYED! It's not like I pay a insurance premium all year, or anything! Called my old dentist- to get a second opinion- he confirmed unless for oral surgery the 2 sets were definitely not procedure. Unfortunately good dentists like him, were out of my network! While getting my teeth cleaned, it was like I was strapped in a chair at the used car dealership. Everyone was trying to sell crap to me- including the assistant. I have never really experienced it, just heard about it.... And my teeth weren't even THAT clean from the process anyway- not a good dentist clean... yuck. I was kind of freaking out- 6 cavities! I had never had that many, ever! But the quote they gave me was high- too high, I had to let them wait. So now, I am in Houston, with a new company, got new insurance and decide to try out a dentist and address these cavities.... I'm kind of concerned- it has been a few months, it's possible these cavities are bigger! Verdict? I have one cavity. ONE. And you know what my dentist said when I told him that. "There are too many business men now and not enough doctors". Dr. Snow (77002) check him out on Yelp- GREAT REVIEWS. If you want to go to a place just to watch TV and get a free mediocre whitening, be my guest. You have been warned. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

I LOVE it here!! It's so up beat and the people there are always so warm and welcoming! I went to the same dentist all my life and he has since retired. I heard about Dr. Nguyen from a friend so I thought I would try her out. She is such a sweetheart and VERY good at what she does! I would definately refer everyone here!! Also if you don't have dental insurance they have a Floss discount plan which is really helpful! So don't think twice GO TO FLOSS PRESTON ROYAL!!

Nice people comfy and clean

A bunch of snobby people were here when I went. It had more of a club feeling rather than a professional dentistry practice. Kept trying to push thing on me by making me feel bad if I didn't get them.
