Dr Paul Saadi, Orthopedic Surgeon, blotched a hip pinning to repair a fracture on Wesley (Allen) Dorrough 4/23/2014 at Doctors Hospital and because he had argued with Allen’s wife who preferred a replacement, would not admit his mistake and was willing to have his patient continue with a broken hip, aggravating it more with physical therapy for over 3 months. Dr. Saadi’s office took X-rays biweekly and he always reported surgery went well, they had made the right decision and everything was healing perfectly -- even though his foot protruded out, leg was shorter and the intense pain never let up and prevented any hope of sleep. Allen fell approximately 6 weeks after surgery and even though this would have been the perfect time to save face and rectify his incompetence, Dr. Saadi assured him everything was still in place, nothing had shifted and the fracture was HEALED. July 28th Allen pleaded unbearable pain and Dr. Saadi agreed to CT scan. Afterward Dr. Saadi read results EXCEPT for the sentence that stated there is partial osseous (bone tissue) union… Of course a second opinion and X-rays clearly indicated misalignment, misplaced pins and unhealed fracture.
