I had a pretty rough experience there and will never go back. Doctor's assistants barely spoke to me, but did speak about how bad their work place was. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours to get fitted for contacts, which I spent most of that time waiting. Was told twice that the dr would be back in 5 minutes and the first time it was 25 minutes, the second being 20 minutes. Doctor was unable to figure out what contacts would allow me to see clearly so I said that I needed to seek a second opinion. She was not happy with that saying "Go for it," then quickly left the room. I told them that I did not want to pay, but I was informed I still owed $15 from the previous visit. I agreed to pay the $15 and no more, but was charged $30 (I did not notice this as I was speaking with management when I signed). Management was very nice and apologized saying that she would check on it. Called back later to get the $15 refunded and they did. I would recommend that you try and find a better doctor elsewhere.

Great overall experience. The staff is very well trained and does a great job at getting you ready to see the doctor. Dr. A. Ranelle was great and took wonderful care of me. I was very pleased and sent my fiance to see them as well.

I was so pleased with my first appointment that I sent my husband too!!
