Straight forward exam. The drawback was in the ordering. They gave a 5 day box of contacts and said they would send in order for 3 month supply. 6 day time frame. I called on 7th day. THEY NEVER ORDERED MY CONTACTS!!!!! All they could say was we'll give you another 5 day supply of contacts. 40 mile drive to get them, mind you. No offer of discount for time & trouble. No "Sorry we messed up". Won't be goin' back there again. "HELLO. 1800CONTACTS?"
