If I could give zero stars, I would. I was coldly received, not taken seriously, condescended, humiliated, threatened... Not only was I disrespected and dehumanized, but so was my family--which included a minor child. These health care professionals were anything but caring or professional. An unfortunate example was set for my teenage stepdaughter. A bitter lasting impression was left on me and on my spouse. We will NEVER go back! I strongly discourage any local resident in need of compassionate and effective medical assistance to even waste his/her time, money, and effort entering that disgraceful establishment.

DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!! This has to be the WORST place to go. We waited an hour in an empty waiting room to get seen and when we asked what was going on all they could say was "its a weekend and your at a hospital it takes time." Drive to Kaufman

+1 on not going here unless you need a place to get care flighted from because you're dying. Athens or Kaufman are much better choices. They turned my sons arm into a pincushion because the worthless nurse couldn't do an IV.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you are bleeding out or something...maybe even then consider going to Kaufman, Athens or Dallas. They misdiagnosed my brother AND father and the wait time is atrocious for such a small town facility.
