I almost did not come here due to the bad reviews. I am glad I ignored them. We had a great experience with the staff. My shy 2 year old loved it as soon as we walked in office is very inviting for children staff and Dr are amazing, I will recommend them to everyone with children!
We had very bad experience with this dentist office. Very unprofessional staff, they really don’t know how to talk to patients / customer, total lack in customer service. They don’t care about patients. Dentist is not interested to talk to parents regarding genuine dental concerns of their kids. If you love your kids, don’t take them to this dentist office, they simply won’t care about your child and your child’s dental health. I would not recommend them to anyone
Dr foster was amazing. I had concerns that were not addressed by another denist. I have never felt so informed and comfortable about a Dr's explaination and treatment in my life
1st time visit SayAhh Dentist office and got the terrible tastes of the customer services which I have ever seen in other Pediatric Dental offices. 1) Inexperience staff on reviewing insurance coverage. We qualified for the cover of fluoride treatments, but they told me have to pay out of pocket since we already used it. 2) Tried to get additional services on fillings for client after dentist viewed X-ray, but did not tell us the waiting time! Told us go to the front to finish additional filling payment transaction then will clean my kid’s teeth and do filling treatments at the same time. Did not tell me the waiting time, or when the procedures will be performed, or either told me the available time to perform service, so I could decide to wait or schedule other time. I thought when I finish payments, my 2nd child will get the treatments immediately because it was still in our appoinment time. However, I had been waiting there 1 hours 15mins. During the waiting time, I asked front desks and hygiene 3 times for the time of waiting, and confirmed that I did not have CLEAR COMMUNICATION on waiting time, but I got the ignorance answer or just a lied answer "a few more minutes". Once I got frustrated MEREDITH told me they tried to help to get the accommodation for my 2nd kid. And she threw out the untruthful statement that she told me waiting time was an hour which they had never communicated to me earlier. LIE ... LIE & LIE… I requested refund MEREDITH intended make me to wait for her to finish her phone which I already wait 10 minutes for her phone conversation, and other front desk helped the new people just walked in. What a terrible services! I came there and paid for their services. I did not ask for free service, but MEREDITH told me they tried to help me. What kind of help was it while they already took my money??? My appointment @ 8:30AM and got out there @ 11:15AM, but finished only 1 kid exam and cleaning and the refund have not been processed yet.
The staff and dentist at this office are amazing. They are welcoming and patient with young children and make accommodations for working parents such as Saturday morning appointments. Very impressed!
