First time there yesterday - good experience all round. Having pre-completed personal and prior medical details online (easy and not too onerous), I just had to review it and then went straight in for dental x-rays followed by expert cleaning. No waiting at all. The dentist - Dr. Schultze - was friendly & competent. No pressure for additional services, he reviewed the x-rays, gave me advice about one pre-existing issue (which I already knew about) and that was it. They are in our neighborhood - Lantern Lane shopping center on Memorial Drive - and there is plenty of free parking.

This was the absolute best experience I could ever ask for from any kind of health care establishment! They were very helpful on setting the appointment and had me in the office right at my set time. I had a severe tooth ache, and it took them very little time to diagnose the problem and get me into a emergency root canal procedure that day! My appointed dentist was Dr. Evans, him and Katrina (hygienist/total sweetheart) were nothing but genuine and great with their attitude and helpfulness. After they realized I needed a root canal procedure, Dr Welch hastily got me into the operation room and got right to work fixing my EXTREME pain. She even postponed her husband and her leaving for vacation to get me taken care of. Her assistant (believe Aneisha was her name) was also very sweet and comforting. Everyone I dealt with was informative, patient, professional, and kind. Even Tori, who was in charge of the financial dealings, was nice, and not rude or blunt in any way. To summarize, I will never go anywhere else for any kind of dental work. In fact, knowing how spectacular these people are at their craft, I look forward to my followup appointment and any other usually dreaded dental work to come.

I started going to Dr. Lankford about 1 1/2 years ago and really enjoy my visits. The staff is extremely organized and for a group of women working together the morale is amazing!! Norma is my hygenist and is AMAZING! She stays on me about my visits and also follows up with phone calls and cards to check up on me. Everyone in the office is friendly and always willing to pitch in and accomodate their paitents needs. I don't live or work close to their office but they are aware of that and make my appointments ealry in the mornings to accomodate my schedule and have me in and out of my appointments. I recently had Brite Smile done in their offices on a Saturday and I did experiance some sensitivty durning my treatment but the technician was right there to help make me comfortable. I am constantly referring friends or co workers to this office. My Mom was a dental hygentist for several well known dentists in the Houston area in my younger years so I have spent alot of time around this environment, however Dr. Lankford and his staff exceed them all truely! The guys at Dr. Lepow's office are great. We've beeng going for as long as I remember. I don't really like the dentist in general, but they make it a bearable experience. I've been a patient of Lepow Dental for about 10 years after I called them and they assured me that their office "catered to cowards". And they were RIGHT! Dr. Lepow & his team are always concerned with how I am during any procedure making me as comfortable as possible -- whether it's a simple cleaning or preparing a tooth for a crown. And after every procedure, Dr. Lepow calls me in the evening to see how I'm doing! The entire staff is gentle, caring, personable, professional, and has the patient's best interest at heart. My daughter is now wearing braces and we've been thoroughly pleased with the attention we've received from Dr. Lankford. I've referred many friends (& strangers!) to Lepow Dental. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Lepow Dental Associates is second to NONE!
