Wow, totally shocked by the previous review! I've been going to this dentist for a long time, and have had nothing but positive experiences. In fact I was looking up their information to give to a friend who is looking for a new dentist. They're very nice and handle insurances professionally and are upfront about charges and insurance information. They always explain what needs to be done before they begin the work and how they are going to do it. If I'm in pain, they evaluate the situation and discuss with me my options and make sure I understand what's going on. Excellent customer service!

Do not go here!!! Incompetent would be a nice way to put how they deal with their patients and handle insurance claims. Made my teeth so much worse than when I came in. Took part of tooth off without so much as saying what he was going to do. Constant pain now. Found another dentist who actually communicates and knows what he is doing.
