The front office staff was very sweet and helpful. But some the techs can use some work. The dentist who I was there to see was very ARROGANT AND RUDE. The billing department can use some work also. I was quote one price( while i sitting in the chair after the doctor came in) what I would have to pay with my insurance. and got a bill for something totally different after I paid what was quoted to me. There was one tech who keep tapping my head calling me "sweetie" which she didn't see anything wrong with doing that to a patient!!!

I couldnt be any happier. I went to another dentist who quoted me over $7,000 to fix my teeth. I was skeptical so went to smile doctors for a second opinion since they offered Free exam and x-rays for new patients. They ended up completely restoring my entire mouth for less then half of what the other dentist quoted. Thank you!

I have a coupon from there I'm trying to make and appointment and they say is expired when in the paper says NO EXPIRATION DATE then they told me they need the receipt witch I don't have and I really don't se why they need it if in the paper have my name and I just can show them my driver's license that should be good enough they just don't want to give my treatment that I already pay so I just lost my money for nothing I really feel really upset....................

This a very professional office. I will continue to come here from now on. They quoted me a great price and took really good care of me. This is the place to come.
