I am so done with this place. They kept my child in braces for 3 years then takes them off while his teeth are still not straight and then tells me he needs 7 fillings and 3 root canals! WTF? My poor kids were not in pain until I let them drill them and give 10 YES 10 shots!

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I hate to give a bad review, but my experience was HORRIBLE!!! I gave 2 stars because they were able to SQUEEZE me in and the receptionist was really nice. My appointment was for 4:30, I arrived around 4:20. I was not seen by the dentist until about 5. BUT I didn't mind because it was a last minute appointment. Once in the back another 10-15 minutes go by with nothing. Finally a DA comes in to do x-rays, she was not friendly at all!!!. She makes me put this "thing" (I have no clue what its called) in my mouth for the x-rays. When she put it in my mouth I told her I can't close my mouth this hurts. I have a rare condition where the roof of my mouth protrudes more than the normal person so the "thing" was too big for my mouth. She insisted that I try and that it wouldn't take that long. It was excruciating because the sharp edges were cutting into my gums. I obliged. So FINALLY that torture is over!! I wait another 15 minutes or so to see the doctor. He comes in, very hastily may I add, reviews my scans. He asked if I had any questions, I had NO CLUE what to ask. I know the normal. So I said no. He takes a quick look at my mouth then tells me I need fillings and a deep cleaning. Then he gets up and LEAVES. So I lay there and the receptionist came back with paperwork. At this point I'm BEYOND puzzled, I thought I came to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned!!!! The dentist had already left and didn't plan on coming back to clean my teeth!!! I understand its been a while since I've been to the dentist but I thought they cleaned your teeth when you went!! A complete waste of my time. The dentist was NOT friendly. He didn't tell me anything about my teeth or helpful tips. He didn't even tell me to FLOSS! -_- All in all I wouldn't recommend this place. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!

My experience at this place was horrible too.I never recommend this dentist to anyone, because they didn't finish the job with my son, when I have appointment they just ignored.

As soon as I left this office, I scheduled a follow up visit with ANOTHER dentist's office. My son had his tooth extracted. When we got seated (after bite wing xrays), we were essentially ignored for an hour and a half. Then the dentist came in and told me all of this other stuff that they wanted to do including cutting the connective tissue between my other son's gums and lips. I told them that we did not have time for anything else except for the extraction and filling, then she realized she had messed up. She quickly came into the room and started working on my son's extraction. She used the topical numbing gel for maybe 1 min, the proceeded to give him more numbing fluid via needle (local). This all sounds good and normal until you are told that she waited LESS THAN ONE MINUTE FOR THE LOCAL NUMBING FLUID TO WORK and then PROCEEDED TO PULL MY SEVEN YEAR OLD SONS TOOTH. Needless to say, it hurt him so badly (after the dental assistant told him that his tooth would "BE ASLEEP AND YOU WON'T FEEL ANY PAIN"). My other son's filling went just as quickly and horribly as she RECOMMENDED no use of anesthetics (but told him to lift his left hand if it hurt - when he did she said, "ARE YOU SURE? BECAUSE IF YOU ARE I WILL HAVE TO GIVE YOU A SHOT." after he had already heard his brother screaming from the other room). I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED THAT THIS OFFICE RECEIVED ANY OF MY MONEY. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and I will NEVER be seen any where near this place again. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN THE TROUBLE AND PAIN AND DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY KIND OF APPOINTMENT HERE, EVER!

This place is a JOKE. Dirty, unorganized, rude staff - unbelievable! Myself my husband and our 1 year old son were scheduled to get our yearly dental cleanings so I decided to try out Chloe Dental. We waited for over 45 minutes. Staff was rude. They were laughing and joking with the dentist, nobody would tell us WHY it was taking so long - finally when I told the staff my toddler is getting restless they BEGAN preparing the charts for us. Are you kidding me? We go to the room and its full of USED, DIRTY EQUIPMENT. The dental chairs were torn, the light above had brownish GUNK all over it - everything was very unsanitary. The dentist came in and was so rude, she looked completely annoyed by my scared, tired 1 year old when he wouldn't let her look at his teeth - (seriously lady, have you never seen a child before, much less a TODDLER?) She gave my son the lamest, half-assed "dental exam" - she looked at his teeth, asked if we brushed his teeth, said some stupid crap about using baby toothpaste and that was it. Done. This whole process took maybe 2 minutes max. So for my husband's, they went and took his xray - she still seemed annoyed at even having to be there - she looked at his teeth for just a second with her little mirror thing - "yea your teeth are good" and said he would have to get a DEEP clean instead of a regular and that we would have to pay seperately for that. When I asked her why, she didn't even bother explaining, she stopped me mid- sentence and told me to just talk to the nurse. Nice! Needless to say, I told them to forget about my "exam". These people are CROOKS and just want to rush you out the door (once they are ready to see you, hah!) so they can collect on your insurance. So we walked out, wasted over an hour and a half of our time, with nothing accomplished, no dental cleanings, nada. BAD BAD DENTIST! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE CROOKS!
