evrytime i come in they are very welcoming and nice Ty the X-ray Tech and dental ass. is very professional and gentle with the x-ray where as to my other experience's at the dentist they were really rough.. the dentist is amazing and explains what she is doing so you know what is going on the whole time... and the hygienist are amazing as well i recommend this office very professional and caring :) also convenient that we have a Castle Dental in Kyle their new patient specials are pretty cool and priced well

They do unnecessary procedures and did a root canal on the wrong tooth...the assistant touched the tools without gloves on and I got a bad case of thrush from their uncleanliness!

Worst experence ever had at the dentist, First was quoted a price over the phone of 72.00 dollers for an extraction of a tooth, and ended up after a painfull extraction paying 280.00 dollers.The staff was not hepfull at all and extreamly rude. I recomend finding another dentist!

This place is horrible. I went here and they recommended me to get a deep cleaning which was not covered by my insurance policy. They did not tell me how much it was going to cost until after procedure was done. They also told me that they could not use the xrays that I had from my previous dental clinic. They ended up billing me over $700 for a cleaning and xrays. After I complained they were a hassle to deal with and I had to pay the bill or it would go to collections. Not to mentions the front desk staff was very rude. My recommendation is to not go here no matter what your circumstances are.

I have deleted this review so as not to complicate my law suit against these "people". Be advised these "people" are bad news. If you feel $12,000.00 is a fair price for a referral, then I guess these "people" are OK.
