I went to the Walmart near St.Bernarndo Road. I had CALLED the store beforehand to ask if they took passport picture, they said yes. I get there and encounter to most self-entitled, rude, pretentious employee ever. I told her, "Ma'am I was wondering where in here i /couldwould take my passport pictures?" she rudely ROLLS HER EYES in my face and tells me "We don't, never had. If you want a picture then go to Wallgreens." Seriously?! Trying not to make a scene I asked her where Wallgreens was, to which she sarcastically responds, "Ugh, do you want me to map it out and give you the exact milage?" NO! I want you to not be an arrogant jerk. Another CUSTOMER heard and guided me to their photolab where they DID in fact take my picture.

Forget trying to get any information about anything over the phone. I called to ask about their vision center. I waited for 10 minutes on the phone while being transferred from employee to employee (approximately 4) who assured me they would transfer me to the vision center. The manager finally gets on the phone only to inform me that THEY DON'T HAVE A VISION CENTER!. There go 10 minutes of WAL-MART quality customer service. LOL!

I am not a huge fan of Walmart, in general. This is the latest Walmart to be built in Laredo, TX. Overall, I would give this particular store a very good rating. However, the best part about this Walmart, is by far, their GREAT PHARMACY. I have lived in Laredo, TX for five years, and to this day, this pharmacy and their incredible staff, go beyond and out of their way to attend to the demanding needs of each customer. They continue to surpass the notion of "great customer service". I would highly recommend this particular pharmacy. The hours of operations are a little strange but regardless, keep up the great work.
