The Staff at the Pharmacy in Brookshire Brothers is pathetic. My husband went to pick up his prescription and had me on the phone because I was the one who called the pharmacy to have his medicine transferred. We were not talking, he just had me on the phone in case they had any questions. The lady that was there told him "you will not be helped until you get off of the phone." He instantly hung up and was instructed to move to the end of the line. He was there to get his heart medication and on his lunch break from work. He respected her wishes and hung up but refusing to help him until he went to the end of line was pathetic. You will never receive a smile or any kind of hospitality from these people. Seriously, if they dont like their jobs I am sure there are people that would treat their customers with respect looking for a good job.
