For my older two children, we chose an orthodontist in Mansfield and had problem after problem with scheduling, employee attitudes, wait time, etc. We were all so relieved when they got their braces removed and no longer needed to go to that office. For my younger two children, we did more research before choosing an orthodontist and are SO very happy we found Smile Design Orthodontics! The administrative staff is always so happy and courteous, both on the phone and in person. We never had a problem getting appointments after school hours, so my children have missed minimal class time. I have been very impressed with the promptness and speed of our appointments. My daughter just got her braces removed yesterday, and we simply couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thank you, Smile Design Orthodontics, for showing us that there are orthodontic offices that care about their clients' time and satisfaction!

I have two sons that see Dr. Rodriguez as their orthodontist. Both have Invisalign braces. We are so happy that we chose Dr. Rodriguez. He has a wonderful staff and Dr. Rodriguez always has my sons smiling as they walk out the door. (And their teeth look awesome too!)

We love Dr. Rodriguez's office. The staff is so friendly every time we come. We love talking to Sandra on the phone, and Brandi does such a great job explaining the financial stuff (ALL of the staff is phenomenal...these are just the people who helped us this time). :)
