The Pharmacy is extremely rude, unhelpful and mean. They are very unprofessional and slow. There is only one person in the pharmacy that is nice and helpful, but she only works part-time so it is rare that she is there to help you. The Pharmacy manager must be a horrific person if its employees are so terrible. They ignore you at the drive thru window and do not acknowledge your presents. I sat at the window one day for 10 minutes and someone passed me by a bunch of times without even acknowledging my presents. I know she knew I was there but did not say anything and ignored me.

I want to say, that the people in the pharmacy in Porter are not very customer friendly. They act like you are a pain to get help. They are always putting you on hold. They need to really look into their work history and profile before hiring them. They are not nice people. Trying to get ahold of a manager,is impossible. They will tell you,there is no manager on duty. Which is a lie. I would not recommed anybody to this store. Whenever I need cigarettes, I will go CVS. Also to,I will go to WalMart for my supplies. They have horrible customer service. Will not help you unless you go into the pharmacy and stare them down.
