Dr. Chou and her staff were incredibly attentive, thoughtful and professional in teaching our son to floss and brush his teeth to get rid of the "sugar bugs"! Our son lay in the chair for 45 mins. asking only once if they were nearly finished, as Dr. Chou and the nurse kept him distracted by talking to him, nurturing a relationship with one of the stuffed toys, and allowing us (his parents and caretaker) to participate in the process.
