The website said that this store had the antenna that I wanted in stock. Before driving 2 hours to pick up, I proceeded to call the store to confirm they did in fact have it. I spoke to someone in electronics who had no idea what "customer service skills" were. I explained my situation to her and was then threw on hold. When she came back she said, "Ok, now what?" I again explained that I wanted to verify that this antenna was there. She again placed me on hold for a long time, only to return and tell me they did NOT have the antenna. I called back and asked for a manager. I gave the manager the model number of the item only to find that they DID have it in stock. Do they still train employees? Maybe not at this store. As for the stupid girl in electronics, "It's OK honey, there is always McDonalds employment for your future.
