Everyone in the office, from the doctors to the hygienists to the front desk staff, is amazing and friendly and caring. I didn't have to wait at all when I arrived. The atmosphere is so personal and it really does feel like family. I came for a second opinion after getting a treatment plan from a different dentist, and Dr. Cabaniss and Julie considered that treatment plan and then came up with a more practical and reasonable treatment plan that actually addressed the necessary issues. Dr. Falke and Dr. Cabaniss recently completed my new implant and crown. Amazing! I have experienced zero discomfort and you would never know it's not my real tooth! I have seen Dr. Falke for general dentistry and braces. I trust him and his office to take care of my entire family. He is very knowledgeable and a great teacher when it comes to understanding what is necessary for healthy teeth, gums and more! I've never had a problem with any procedure he has done on me and that includes getting all my wisdom teeth out - it was a very smooth surgery and went as easily as it possibly could. I went to Dr Falke for a routine cleaning and checkup. (1st visit) He found a cavity and the filling he put in 'didn't take'. I began having horrible pain within a day of that visit, which was over a weekend. I called the office and only got an answering machine that didn't accept messages OR give an after hours/emergency number. I made it through the weekend and Monday he had to RE FILL my tooth! The front desk is chaotic and it all seems very unprofessional. I have since found a different dentist and am still having occassional pain with this filling which I expect I'll have to have re-filled again in the future.
