Brookshire's on 5th Street is a good place and every time I have personally gone there they have been very accomodating. I especially save alot when I buy their family pack meat deal for 20.00. I haven't been to any other store. There are only a couple of downsides to the store (mind you this is just my own personal view) is that their hot food case and the layout with the table and chairs(from the various times I have been there) have rarely been used and some of their recipes such as fried chicken and their beef brisket could use a change up. They are very salty and there have been a couple of times where I have noticed they have been either sitting too long and the fried chicken I stopped buying because it was too salty and not moist. The second is that the fresh bakery items are too overly priced for what they are and qute honestly one could go over to the walmart and get it for half of what they charge and it's kind of sad because one time I tried one of their baked goods and let's just say that it could use a greater diversity to justify the costing.
