Up to date technology and friendly staff. (Especially Rob the office sales consultant). I will be back when I need a dentist again. Drove a long way to see Dr. Dowd but I like the way he calls after my surgery and followed up with me as to how I was feeling. Sedation made my dentistry experience a positive one. Dr Dowd is very experienced and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. The office staff offered me coffee, water, or juice while I waited. This office takes care of their patients before and after and I like that!
