New office manager, new personnel, new experience. And it was totally unprofessional, I was called a liar, I was dismissed as a patient, and I don't understand. One of THEIR employees called ME a liar, and I get fired? Maybe it's because I'm a disabled veteran, and they don't like dealing with the VA. I don't know; I have never been treated this bad, anywhere. They expect ME to do the VA insurance request, when I don't have all the information, and they have ALWAYS done it in the past. The VA won't allow me to do it. So, if you call or go there, avoid Mary (office manage), Tammy (don't know what she does, except accusing people of lying) and Jennifer (doesn't do much except spread disinformation). Other than that, Erica, Gwen and Dr Compton are fantastic, and the other staff members are very nice as well, unless they got rid of the good ones
