Great service and flexibility of appointment times! Hearing aids, fitted correctly, make all the difference.

I was having problems with one of my earing aids and went in to maybe have it fixed. The team at Lone Star was so helpful. They were going to have to sent the Aid back to have it repaired. They were able to talk them into taking both of the Aids back and going through them and doing what needed to be done. Long story short manufacture repaired Aids but sent them back to the wrong place. They got them back but I think they ended up miss placing them. I was with out my Aids for about six weeks. The team at Lone Star was able to talk the manufacture into giving me a really good upgrade. They also gave me an extra year on warranty and a years supply of Batteries. Purchased custom molded shooting/hunting hearing protection with filters. This allows me to hear normal voices but protects your ears from loud noises. Lonestar was very professional and knowledgeable...but even more important, they were warm and friendly.
