I was trying to call in for a refill on my husband rx. I didn't have the number on the bottle to be able to use the automated system so I needed to talk to a pharmacist staff. After calling a million and 1 times for 30 min and recieving nothing but a busy tone. I finally got through.or so I thought. I have literally been on hold for 1 1/2 hours and its saying I still have one person ahead of me. But if I hang up I get a busy tone again. They either need more staff or a better system. I have wasted the past 2 hours of my life.
