I'd been a patient of Dr. Orchard for years, in that time his staff gave me the wrong time for my appointment twice and then penalized me for not showing up at the right time. The situation that caused me to look for a new dentist was when he was completely unable to help me when a permanent retainer I had broke. The broken pieces of metal were sharp and were stabbing me in my gums causing me to bleed. The secretary went back to talk to Dr. Orchard and then told me that they were busy and he would not be able to help me. I explained that I didn't need him to remove the retainer, just take a few minuets to clip the barbs, I was again told they had no time and could not help me. I was sent away with a bleeding mouth.
