Dr. Knight is incredible! He is great with the kids, and is very honest and trustworthy when it comes to making you aware of what you should take care of, or what can wait to save you some money. Never feel like I'm being taken advantage of when it comes to my family's dental care! His staff is just as incredible as he is....all very friendly and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Knight for several years. It seems like his friendliness has declined. I hate going to the dentist anyway and the last few times I felt like he was abrupt in answering my questions. The Dental Hygienists are nice and always made small talk and asked about my family during my cleanings. The front desk staff was nice but I felt pressured when they kept calling me to schedule an elective procedure I didn't really want to do. They do threaten you with cancellation fees if you don't call with a lot of notice to change your appointment. You have to call several months ahead to get an appointment. They are pretty good about sending out reminder cards. I usually wait about 10-20 minutes at each appointment. The office is very clean and well decorated. It is convieniently located in regards to where I live. The equipement seems pretty up to date. I haven't had a horrible experience but I am currently looking for a new, more kind dentist for my family.

I am very unsatisfied with my families experience with this office. Everytime we went charges were added of things that our dental insurance didn't cover. When we asked about the fees we were simplely told by Larue the front desk person and insurance specialist (LOL) "Don't worry about it your insurance will pay for it" Well our insurance didn't pay for many of the things that were done. When we asked our insurance company about the charges we were told that this office charges the most that they can on every charge. We went back to the office and asked about this and was told by Larue "We thought that you had better insurance than you do" Wouldn't she know what our insurance covered if she was truely calling them as she told us that she was? We were over charged and miss treated. We told the office that we were changing dentists and when our new dentist called for our families records Larue refused to give them to the new office and told them that we weren't patients of their office. I would stay FAR Away from this office. They are BAD news!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Knight is extremely friendly and great to work with.
