i went in to pick up a prescription that had been dropped off 2 weeks prior. they had misplaced them and when i asked the tech where they could of gone she said that they just didn't have them and there was nothing i could do then i stated in a calm voice saying "i guess i just got to find a new pharmacy to go to" then the pharmacist walked up to the counter clearly irritated and started to raise his voice and told me it wasn't there job to keep track of the prescriptions that weren't being filled that day and i needed to be a "big boy" and keep track of the prescriptions on my own i had been going there for over 4 years it was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful i sent my father on to see if he could resolve the matter since he was the one that turned them in for me the day they were dropped off and they had told him they had found the prescription 5 mins after i have left and have tried "contacting" to apologize when i know they have my current information and my cell never rang or received a voice mail
