The patient had a serious break and had to wait 4 days before having surgery. The staff would not directly answer questions and Dr. Chandler was arrogant when asked pertinent questions. Furthermore one of the teeth Dr. Chandler extracted had a few pieces left behind that the patient had to wait to painfully come to the surface of their gums and get out.

I was treated earlier this week (for the first time) at this clinic. When I called to make an appointment, I was scheduled for the next morning. I took the wrong road and was late but Dr. Chandler still saw me. During the consult the aide was thorough and Dr. Chandler listened to my worries and answered my questions, without rushing. He worked through his lunch to finish my procedure, which I thought was outstanding! He really cares about his patients and so does the staff, I'll definitely return to have him do my implants!
