I found Dr. Allred when I was seeking chiropractic care during my pregnancy. I was pleased that he was in network with my insurance and came highly recommended to me by some women in my holistic mothers group. My care throughout my pregnancy was high quality. Dr. Allred was extremely professional and easy to get along with. I always felt better on days I received care. He even offered to let me get an adjustment during labor. I feel that my proper alignment made for a much quicker and less painful delivery than my first child.

I injured by back during our move into Cache Valley and was nervous about finding a good chiropractor on short notice. Dr. Allred has been great! He is easy to talk to and does a very nice job of explaining what he is doing and why. I would recommend him to anyone!

I have a son who was born 16 weeks early. When I was visiting Dr. Allred while my son was still in the NICU, he mentioned I should bring him in when he got home, because spinal health is essential for immune strength. My son came home with an NG tube (tube into his stomach through his nose), because he lacked the strength/capacity to finish his bottles. I took him to see Dr. Allred after he'd been home a week, to give him the best shot at immune health that I could. After his appointment with Dr. Allred, his digestive system improved drastically, and he started to be able to eat his entire bottle on a regular basis. Because he was able to eliminate properly, he had the desire to eat, and more room in his tummy. He pulled out his NG tube the next day, and instead of putting it back in, I decided to see how he'd do, since he had been eating so well. He did great and I haven't had to put it back since. Huge progress for our baby! I had no idea that this would be a side effect of chiropractery. Dr. Allred is gentle, knowledgeable, and talented. His recommendations have time and again been essential for me and my family. He has improved the quality of my life from some nasty hip pain, pregnancy back aches, and has helped our baby immensely.
