I had an emergency a few days ago. I lost my three year prescription frames that were still good and I had them for three years. At the time I had no backup frames or contact lenses when I lost them. Called a previous Eye Doctor's office to Fax my current prescription and they faxed it to Red Rock. I was given an emergency contact lens trial because the Doctor was not in and they helped me out from there. The staff is great! I would recommend this place to anyone!
