We love the Trapnell office in Payson. The orthodontics were really nice and would take the time to explain us every step of the way. At the beginning we had some minors problems with the brackets because they would fall off but they went the extra mile to fix the problem and they were patient . I love their smiles, you can feel welcomed at the office. They treated my 10yrs old daughter super. Now she can smile and feel good about herself. It was really sad because before the braces my little one had her teeth crooked and she didn't like to smile- now you can see the difference in her self esteem. I recommend them. Thanks !!

Trapnell Orthodontics is a pleasure to work with and very skilled at their job. Everyone on the staff is friendly and competent. We have had three of our teenagers go to Trapnell Orthodontics and we are very pleased with the results. The Trapnell doctors are friendly and are very good at making kids feel at ease while their teeth are being worked on. The doctors are also very patient with concerned parents and answer our questions with kindness and consideration. We have been very pleased with our overall experience at Trapnell Orthodontics and we will be taking more of our teenagers there when they are ready for braces.

The office is gorgeous, and they have the BEST staff in the world! I love that we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I had braces 12 years ago and my teeth had moved a little which started to bug me. I talked to Dr. Greg Trapnell casually about getting braces put back on. And I decided to go ahead and do it. I am so happy I did!! He told me about 6 months and sure enough 6 months later my teeth are perfect. Both Greg and Chris work seamlessly together. Most doctor offices I prefer one doctor over another. But at Trapnell Orthodontics the entire staff is amazing! I loved that every appointment I would get a reminder text the day before, and they were always very flexible if I need to change. If you are looking to get braces I would highly recommend going to them.
